Welcome to Remote Code ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remote Code mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Beta Program

Remote Code is currently available as a beta program. By participating in our beta program, you acknowledge that:

  • The Service may contain bugs, errors, or other issues
  • The Service may change significantly before official release
  • We may limit, suspend, or stop providing the Service at any time without notice
  • We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or data preservation during the beta period

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Vanna.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Claude Code by Anthropic. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DATA LOSS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vanna.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
